Remote Service Support Highlights
We can remotely control any computer as if we are sitting right in front of it - even through firewalls.
All you have to do is start a small application, which does not even require installation or administrative rights. (see link below)

With your permission, we will connect to your computer via either a high-speed or dial-up Internet connecton.
For your protection (and ours), we can not connect to your computer without you:
1) Starting the application
2) Providing a nine digit ID number to our technician
3) Providing a four digit Password to our technician
Unless these steps are performed and the information given to us, we can not connect to your computer. The 9 digit ID and 4 digit password are never the same, so you may feel completely safe once the remote session has ended.
We use the most secure remote control software available and is approved to be used by the most secured banks. This software is one of a very few on the remote control market certified according to ISO 9001 standards.
