I have been using PC Solutions for years and they have been great. Unfortunately, one day my computer was running slow and I decided to give the Geeks at a national chain a try. My thinking was they were large and would be quick (walk-in service) and would have more tools. I was wrong!! They ended up taking over a week to work on my computer and then lost 7 years of my business data!! The frustrating part.... the computer had been working and booting when I took it to them. They charged me $400 for the work and my computer came back DOA! Boy... did I learn my lesson. Because of this... I will never again go anywhere else than to PC Solutions. They have always been prompt, explain all the available options, and have ALWAYS solved the problem.

Our POS server caught a virus and we called several companies out of the phonebook. Only one could respond fast enough for my needs. Once they arrived they could not solve the problem and when I walked back into the room, the person was always on the phone with someone. One time I walked in to the room and listen to the person say..." what... control, alt and delete?" I new this from high school and this so-called professional was learning that over the phone?? Aghhhh.... the virus was so bad, that it had disabled this function and he could not fix the computer. I talked to another business owner and he suggested I call PC Solutions. PC Solutions answered the phone and reviewed my problem with me. The 1st computer company person wanted to stick around and learn how to remove the virus. Needless to say, I sent that computer company on it's way. I told PC Solutions that I would have my POS people work on trying to solve the problem. PC Solutions in fact, called me later to see how it was going and stated they were just down the street if I needed them. What service !!! A follow up call to make sure my problem was getting resolved.
I stated we were still having the problem and they offered to come over and take a look since they were in the area. I am soooooooo glad they did. They explained everything they were doing and reassured me that this was not from any fault of my own and that it was truly a difficult one to resolve. The first computer company was trying to get the computer to boot into safe mode, but it would not. Eventually PC Solutions needed to take the computer back to the shop. They worked on it right away and kept me informed of the progress (loved that). They were able to save all my business data and get the computer back up and working with our unique network and its settings.. They even worked with my POS computer people and made sure that was working fine. I can not thank them enough. I will recommend PC Solutions to everyone I know.
